It purports to do all the above but has a tendency to crash if you play the music while you do GPS running, which rather defeats the object. Also the music sound quality is better from my phone than my FitBit.

Music can be from Deezer, Amazon Music or Spotify (if you have a subscription) or it will play MP3s. Headphones have to be Bluetooth. I use it all the time. You also get an added bonus of alerts via the headphones as well.
