Hello, I've read the Constitution but it did not resolve my query. Since you are part of UK Athletics, do members have to be UK based? I'm not running any UK races any time soon but it's a way to bung a few quid to fetch who have been quite brilliant during this horrible period.

Also: I won't be offended if you suggest that it doesn't really make sense for me to join FERC. I can just make a paypal bung.

Not much on the EA site ITG, did find this:
Foreign Athlete Registration
For full information about Foreign Athlete registration please see the UKA Rules for Competition. You can also download an application form for the registration of foreign athletes from the right hand side of this page. The 2020 list of Foreign athletes is now published and can be downloaded from the right hand side of this page.

so it looks like there is a process whereby you could be registered

probs, Rosehip. I'll wait and see what he says. I don't need to be UK affiliated whatever so that would be money wasted that could just go to fetch directly. I did, ahem, put fetcheveryone as my club though in a race I just entered... hopefully, I am too slow for anyone to care enough to disquality me.
