Log it as 14, I did 12.9 but logged it as 12, but partly because I know I can run faster...

I dunno, I think any race where tenths are really important we shouldn't really log it at all... but sod it, the board says I ran 12 flat

Well if Master Fetch could sort out the whole tenth of a sec thingy, then people wouldn't feel bad. Oh and it does mess with our ranking points...

decided to put my sensible hat on and not enter any time for the race. i use ranking points as an incentive for 10ks and i might as well give up trying to beat a 100m ranking score!
(but come the nov/dec 2008 fetch mile i hope we do 100s again!)

I ran the 100m at 4:10 pace. So, in other words, the mile WR is run at a faster pace than I can sprint.
*sigh*

Ok GG - that's cool. I LOVE running 100m - so logging helps me realise that I need to get faster! You should see some of the kids I have to race against...they chuck out 10 - 12sec 100m sprints so easily...

Some of the runs were wind assisted due to curry the night before.
