I think crying means one of two things; the first being that you tried vay hard indeed, the second being that you desperately need a glass of wine / beer...

One of the great things about parkruns is that you don't have to try hard every time. You didn't have to pay and there's always next week

There's a half mara near me in September around a vineyard where - yes, you got it - you get to taste wine on the way around.
All I need now is one looping a cake making factory & I'm there.
