I was hoping to have my 30th birthday celebrations on Friday 17th so some people may be a bit hungover...

Naomi - you know you always run best with a hangover, and I've yet to test that particular type of training, so it HAS to be the 18th!

Oooh I might actually be able to do the 18th.
I shall book the day off work now to be on the safe side.

Alex - the track is great Its quite worn surface so makes for fast running!
The only problem is the wind is usually in your face on the back straight...

Thanks Curly!
Not quite sure how it being worn makes it fast but will take your word for It hopefully winds will be low then a strong headwind is horrible.

Well its not springy still like the other track I use a lot so its less bounce. Its fun though and in lovely surrounds
I was hoping to pop down for a session on Saturday but if there's a race on I will give it a miss! Good luck - are you running the 800m?
