Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

BCRB - I would be very happy to be paced to 6:20, I'm going to the track tomorrow to do a 3 x 200m @ race effort session - I will let you know if I am in that kind of shape after that...

Forgot about the trains - have looked up alternative routes but all too long and complicated. I'd never make it on time. Have fun everyone! :-) Hopefully I will do a mile race at some point in 2011, although I haven't managed to get to one in 2009 or 2010, so could be very unlikely!!

MOTM are obliged to turn up at a Mile, aren't they? Sooner or later, anyway.

In answer to the earlier question, it would be fair to say I have a pass and I do intend to use it. ;-)

Since I'll be coming along with Curly on Saturday anyway, is it okay if I join in as well please?

I've added the race to my portfolio and have added to the group as per the instruction above (whether I've done it correctly or not though is another question!)

Everyone is welcome, even unannounced. And most of all if you're slow.

And a big welcome to Fetch!

I agree 100% with Chris. There's beer afterwards as well :-)

Many thanks, Chris and John.

I'll have plenty miles in the legs this week so that should help with the slowness. ;)

Btw How do you put predicted times in? I'll have a poke around and see if I can find out...

It's something like "edit your race notes" hidden not far from the top RH corner.
