BCRB - I would be very happy to be paced to 6:20, I'm going to the track tomorrow to do a 3 x 200m @ race effort session - I will let you know if I am in that kind of shape after that...

Forgot about the trains - have looked up alternative routes but all too long and complicated. I'd never make it on time. Have fun everyone! Hopefully I will do a mile race at some point in 2011, although I haven't managed to get to one in 2009 or 2010, so could be very unlikely!!

MOTM are obliged to turn up at a Mile, aren't they? Sooner or later, anyway.

In answer to the earlier question, it would be fair to say I have a pass and I do intend to use it.

Since I'll be coming along with Curly on Saturday anyway, is it okay if I join in as well please?
I've added the race to my portfolio and have added to the group as per the instruction above (whether I've done it correctly or not though is another question!)

Everyone is welcome, even unannounced. And most of all if you're slow.
And a big welcome to Fetch!

Many thanks, Chris and John.
I'll have plenty miles in the legs this week so that should help with the slowness.
Btw How do you put predicted times in? I'll have a poke around and see if I can find out...

It's something like "edit your race notes" hidden not far from the top RH corner.
