Curly - just looking at your times. 1.41 for a half and 4.30 for a full marathon?

There's an ongoing discussion as to why I'd want to spend a significant part of my birthday weekend with "bloody Fetchies".

Track session went well last night...its gusty over at Battersea, but not too bad at the moment (you tend to get hit with it coming off the first bend into the straight). Forecast is okay for Saturday (sandwiched between two bad weather fronts) and a bit warmer than of late.
John do you know how you are breaking up the runners? Having never done a fecth mile before is there anything else I need to know before Saturday?

Turn up Pay 3 something to get in When I see who is there I'll sort out the races - probably 5 races with 5 in each - roughly. Speedy ones go first and then some of them pace the slower ones in the later races
Then anyone who wants to do a 100m can
Then my fave - a 4x200m relay Then cake - except Paula isn't around Then beer(s)
