We were in Keswick this afternoon and it was raining so we took the opportunity to go and do a second session in two days, this time using the autobelays a lot so we didn't have much rest between climbs.
Bring on the supercompensation now

Good session, thanks, Dave Different from what we'd normally do. And I've identified a couple of projects.

I’ve grown to really enjoy the auto belays. Luckily ours are really well set and have a good range of grades and styles.

When it comes to developing strength endurance the autobelays are a brilliant resource. The centre at Kilmarnock has quite a few of them, which means that if I'm up there on my own I can climb without being limited to bouldering (although it's got a good bouldering room too).

I’m kind of hoping the 10th August is still on. I have planned a trip around it. Couple of days in Lakes, few days Peak District. I will bring bike and climbing gear. Walking as well.

Can we confirm for the 10th, those of us that are free? Assuming Windgather. And if it rains we can go to Awesome Walls or The Boardroom again?
