Had a week near Keswick last week - a bit wet but good to be away. Did Sheffield Pike on the Sunday and was on way to Hart Side when wife's knee objected so long slow walk back to the car. One for another day.

Last week's weather was epic shit. I apologise to everyone who made the journey. Even yesterday I was glad we didn't venture higher than Fellbarrow.

It has been chilly high up. I got up Blencathra on Tuesday night, then did Grisedale Grind fell race on Wednesday. Both cold! Weather changing tomorrow (for the weekend ), so you've left at the right time.
