Just looked at this. When I have a zero transfer cost, my overall rank has gone up 11 times and down 5 times. When I incur a transfer cost, I've gone down 6 time and up 5 times.

Another Friday evening deadline

The first week is where you notice the difference mentally but you forget quickly. I took a 4 point hit to get Kane in for the DGw with limited success but the next week he scored 19 versus Ings who had 2 that I had got rid of
