Well done Jabbers. Another nil return from me - the heatwave made the lake too appealing - much swimming and paddleboarding, but no running.

I'm still not feeling quite ready for realparkrun crowds, so sticking with fakeparkrun for the time being. A good one this morning for me, my fastest ever fakey, 31:30, just over a minute quicker than last week. Rather pleased with that!

There were some recent weeks with no-one, Greppers. I'll keep adding weeks on (rolling 4 weeks) until interest dries up - which may be 'never', which is also fine, it's a simple task to keep adding the weeks on.
