Fields Aug 2022 8:24pm, 21 Aug 2022 6,180 posts	0 Fields I recall previous relay team members trying to swap baton between hands after receiving the baton, favouring swapping from the left to the right hand. This was when we had a habit of dropping the baton. I was always taught Right Left Right Left with right hand being on the bends, left on the straights, not that I was ever quick enough to run the sprint relay. Seems they are now doing this but they haven’t always done this
