I've been a bit lax on noting down my newts this week
And of course if I don't do it at the time I forget what they are.
Yesterday I ran a route that I have never run before - and in a short sleeved top which I have not done this year.
Tuesday I went to an awards ceremony (a very low key one but still an awards ceremony) where the organisation whose nomination I had prepared for them won their category :-)

Wednesday I made a recipe that I have never cooked before.
But Monday - I can't remember :-)

Newt today was to take my running kit to a conference and do a short run in Oxford while waiting for my train home.

Good plan becca.

Saw my Godson for the first time in about 3 years today. Bought him fish and chips in the university cafe. That's a newt.

I did a Friday as the only doctor working in the practice, for the first time since the day of my 50th birthday.

I was a lot better tempered about it today. Must be because I'm that much older.

I also had a newt variety of flapjack for my afternoon snack.

I took part in the triclub Ladies Series first event of the year (and first ever for me - I didn't dare last year!).
