Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I didn't start my rye bread yesterday either. OH arrived home feeling ill and tired so I adopted helpful wife mode instead. So that will definitely get started today and baked tomorrow.

Maybe I'll do my run tonight (a familiar route) on an anticlockwise instead of a clockwise loop #radical

I did that the other day SK, usual route but mixed up a bit. Daring or what? I struggle to do new things (set in my ways at 41) but today my new thing was saying no thanks to Burger King for breakfast when I probably would say yes normally, and instead ooking forward to a nice fresh salad I made for my lunch and a small piece of quiche with it. :-)

I did a new loop this morning. All familiar roads, just joined up differently. Actually, road running is fairly unusual for me so that felt quite new!

I had a dental appointment at 8am - we live 25 mins away from the dentist. This meant dragging QP out of bed at 7, driving to Dingwall, having check up, driving back to QPs school whilst he ate cereal in the car (risky), and then driving back to Dingwall for work. This is a newt that will not be repeated.

I went for a run today on a mostly new route (to me). The first bit was common to my usual ones but it was lovely where I went to: nice n treey. Forgot my phone, but I might actually do it again tomorrow for the purpose of taking some photos.

Thought today would be hard - but did a new route with the dog. We are not talking five minutes round the block here - it was an hour and a half's obstacle course.

I had to defrost my own car this morning. This wasn't entirely new, but it's something I hadn't done for a long time. And I ate my breakfast on the way to work instead of waiting till I got there, which I also haven't done for years.
