I'd like to know a bit more about their track sessions (the girl I ran with didn't know much about them as she doesn't go to them) but even just running with a small group of others made me up my pace a bit and work a bit harder.

When you're running on your own it's so easy to not really challenge yourself and push yourself a little bit. That will be good for me.

I think it's Dulwich College in the winter and Crystal Palace in the summer but don't quote me on that
