Superdave - I can't work out if you're being sarcastic or not. I avoid cow products because they don't agree with me. I tried goat cream last weekend and it was lovely.

SuperDave!
no not sarcastic, i had a phase of needing to avoid dairy for about 6 months and although I can eat dairy now, I got a taste for alternatives so still buy soya milk and suchlike just for something different.

I bought a lamb and apricot pie today for Monday after work, is that ok, or is it still a bit too posh to be a real pie?

I find goat milk less sweet and rich than cows and great in shakes, Dave. I used to use soya milk but it's a heavily-processed food. Mmmm coconut milk rice pud. I might make some tomorrow to take to work next week. |

Risotto was rather delish, even though I do say so myself. Next up, a bucket of ice cream...
