Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Superdave - I can't work out if you're being sarcastic or not. I avoid cow products because they don't agree with me. I tried goat cream last weekend and it was lovely.

SuperDave!
no not sarcastic, i had a phase of needing to avoid dairy for about 6 months and although I can eat dairy now, I got a taste for alternatives so still buy soya milk and suchlike just for something different.

I bought a lamb and apricot pie today for Monday after work, is that ok, or is it still a bit too posh to be a real pie?

I find goat milk less sweet and rich than cows and great in shakes, Dave. I used to use soya milk but it's a heavily-processed food.

Mmmm coconut milk rice pud. I might make some tomorrow to take to work next week.

Risotto was rather delish, even though I do say so myself. Next up, a bucket of ice cream...

Left over roast veg with left over bolognase sauce and wheat free pasta and random chicken stew for OH who didn't fancy the bolognase (odd since he cooked it!)
