Dh is cooking so it's chilli, which I don't really like but I can't be bothered to cook myself. I wanted pumpkin and feta risotto with bacon bits but we ran out of risotto rice

This thread is butternut squash heavy - I had it for lunch.
Not sure what to have for tea as had a v late lunch + brunch and breakfast earlier.
Possibly toasted smoked salmon sandwiches with 3 seed malted sourdough and goat butter.
