Obviously everyone remembers him for that game against SA, which is right up there with Headingley 1981 IMO, but he had a pretty long test career and plenty of wickets. (Do we all know the story about the SA game? Malcolm destroyed them with figures of 9-57 on a pitch where England had been scoring at more than 5 an over, unheard of in test cricket in the 90s. When he phoned home, his wife said, "I've been out shopping all day, did you get any wickets dear?" and managed to keep the joke going for some time...)
