I've just found that i can cover 4 different zones near me in 0.27 miles!! There can be that many other runs where it's possible to bag 4 in such a short distance. |

If your older training has been recorded using GPS and you can download it into a zip file, you can upload it here and you'll get a load more zones (albeit historically). |

There's a running track in a town in Surrey (I can't remember which one) that includes four zones. What's more difficult is getting six zones out of one mile. |
