somewhere between 3.15 and 3.35.... depending on training. and as i've had sciatica for 6 weeks it's looking more like the 3.35 end...

I'm thinking it owuld be great to go between 3.20 and 3.30 - but i won't be able to put an accurate prediction on this until i've done my training and my tune up races...

what about you contro?

OK, after some faffing, it has now gone through at last... still, think it is bliddy expensive at £30 for a half marathon! It better be a great big heavy impressive medal!!!
