She came in at dusk having scared us and tricked us into putting more wet food out to coax her back. She is now convinced of her manager status as she ordered two teas and was accommodated and is shouting to be allowed out.
Remind me why I missed her.

She insisted first tea was taken al fresco as Cat Auntie hadn't been allowing her out as much as we do.
Boy cat has been very loving.
I think we could just swap in a different set of humans and providing they kept her resources and routine the same girl cat would be totally unfazed. Boy cat seems actually fond of us and has asked for a fuss.

Pretty much figured out that Poppy has gone deaf. She shouts all the time now. Looking forward to seeing them when I get home on Sunday.

Dad’s new cat Isaac is still a bit aloof and doesn’t venture on to laps or beds. Kind of miss having a cat on my bed but that will be rectified soon enough at which point I will complain about the cat or cats on the bed 😹

Psipsina just slipped lightening speed through the door as I opened it after painting a windowsill. I subsequently spent the next hour with her swaddled in a towel washing her paws with soap and water and a cloth. I don’t which one of us is more traumatised…
