Trying to persuade ours to learn to use the catflap. Bib is a bit more confident than Boba. He managed to go through once yesterday with it held open and Webbox stick for encouragement but he had to sit on the stairs and compose himself for 10 mins after. He's not a confident soul.

Maybe because it goes out to a passage at the side of the house, so he couldn’t be sure there wasn’t something dangerous there? His brother was fine and so are Ellie & Caspar. We trained then to go through the open flap first (taped it open with duct tape) before going on to the idea that they can open it themselves.

Just three months ago he was hiding under a duvet all day. Now he cadges food off us, asks to be groomed and has an evening cuddle on Cedd's bed every day. In the last couple of days he's started going out a bit more and hanging around us more too. He's a smashing cat.
