The 1st time it happened he had a bad tummy so we assumed he panicked but it’s been a few times now Then he tries to cover it up like in a tray and gets mucky paws. He never does a wee in there. Any ideas as to how to stop this?

Other than that maybe keep plonking him in his litter tray till he gets the hint My nephew taught his cat to use the toilet so I guess that’s the alternative although I’ve never fancied it
