Hope Echo is recovered - I once had a scrip for Gabapentin for myself but was warned it might have sleepy side effects so didn't take it in the end! Kyri is so much happier now that his tummy's better, and that I've removed stinky things from his bum fluff. I've got him on a feline probiotic for a few days to see if that helps settle things longer-term.
