Haha - I'm up in third place for the SUMS table (not counting Frank who has four races) :-)

Very funny. But there's some speedy bloke just a few points behind me ;-)

Oh, and Mrs_shanksi is in third place for the girls - nice one!

Thanks for the link I - wasn't he a nice fellow, that Paul G? I like this line "People ask me what I think about when running for this length of time. I think about a whole host of things (other than just the race pace, pain, split time, food etc). Mostly I think about how lucky I am to be running – to be skipping around some stunning countryside (with like-minded people) truly is a joy.
