Our landlords agents are working hard to resolve the situation and hope that the system is back fully functioning shortly. Thank you for your continued vigilance whilst the panel remains out of action. Regards [Wait, hang on a minute - I haven't bothered any of the previous notices. Does this mean that currently there aren't any working fire alarms in the building??]
