Ange - if you can run a marathon, then 10 miles will feel like a walk in the park.
And a month later is perfect - you will have recovered, and will be in great shape for a good time given the marathon trianing

I think so Tarange, I've never done a Marathon but most people who have done one before can race again within a month of doing the Marathon. Gobi did the GSR a week after doing Cardiff Mara and got 2 PBs!

It can take up to a month to get over a mara, so 4 weeks should be about right. I'm hoping to do both fingers crossed...
