I didn't think of changing tents but indeed would be useful - i used the toilets at the restaurant I dined in post race.
Unless you are a sub 3 runner what does it matter what the gun time is ?
The route was rolling in places rather than hilly but that definition depends on your point of reference - compared to London, Abingdon & Amsterdam it's hilly Compared to Langdale, Sussex, Windermere & Cornish it's flat !!

Normally, yes. Combine it with a kerb and you've got a recipe for catastrophe! There was a kind of dog leg bit before you turned onto the prom proper from what I remember - ugh.
