yep, Boston is shite for public transport! Is your wife likely to have dropped by then? i.e. will you actually be allowed to come to Boston?

Just booked a table at an Italian called Bizzarro (yep, that's what I thought as well) for Saturday evening. Looks ok though. No 3 on tripadvisor.

Anyone know if gels or energy drinks at the water stations on route?

Bizzarro's very quaint - lots of different rooms, all higgledy piggledy but Jo (owner with her hubby) is lovely and the food is fab. You should enjoy it :-)

161 in the full marathon - not *quite* as lonely as I thought it was going to be. Now we only have to hope for little wind and no rain *fingers, toes, legs and eyes crossed*

I'm also hoping to one of the 161, minardi. It's not often I have a chance of coming in the top 161 of any marathon, and if there are some no-shows on the day, I might even make it into the top 150!

Well I am out, injured and have missed too much training lately, so everyone should get a top 160 finish!

Still tempted just to go for it but will end up walking or being rescued! Good luck to all those taking part.

Sorry to hear koilowe and Fenland Flier are out :-(. Being 150th in a marathon is getting nearer though (providing I finish)............
