Derby Tup May 2022 10:28am, 25 May 2022 55,531 posts	0 Derby Tup I rarely plan training and when I do I usually get I’ll or injured For walking the L100 I’d simply do as much walking as possible whenever possible Depending on where you live the L100 isn’t particularly hilly but the ground is hard. Don’t underestimate how tough it is and don’t set off too fast is my advice

So, it should stop if JK had any rests, etc Damo about 2k behind after 7.5 hours - loads of time/distance to go
