I'm planning on not much more than walking and see how far I get as I basically have nothing to lose as it's only time I'm going to be eligible to do it (my previous 100 result will expire next year so won't have that to fall back on). I've read a blog where someone has more or less walked it but assuming they weren't nursing a dodgy ankle they don't trust to hold up so haven't done much training at all.
