Interesting that his time was beaten last year by a swimmer using a car between lakes, while he biked. The bike won through this year, though. bbc.co.uk

He’s posted a lot on the move on Twitter. I can’t help but think he should be putting his efforts into the round, rather than social media.

I might have to dig out my Mudclaws and maps Makes me feel blooming old thinking about it now. In fairness no-one has said you don’t look like you’d have been capable Andrew (well, not yet)

That Dave (slightly paraphrased to be more general} is the the best piece of advice that could be given to so many (including it has to be said to many on this site). However he was doing some videos from the fells. I couldn’t imagine wanting to be doing videos etc whilst out for a run that size. My language is bad enough when I have a bad patch on the LL50.
