Anyone know a way to find run activities in a certain geographical location?

A local conservation group are trying to get data on public rights of way in Fox Hill, a local nature area. I have run there a good few times in the last 10 years and was asked to provide evidence of this.

Any idea how I could search my log and find runs I did in that area easily?

Also, if you look at the 'view your visits here' in a conquercise square, you'll get a linked list of all your runs/walks there

here's my heatmap :-) I see I can click a line and it will take me to an activity it relates to, but I can't be sure I can click all the lines.

OTOS, good idea on the Conquercise square, hopefully that will narrow it down a bit.

The Conq square history doesn't go all the way back, Fetch only started logging the data a few years back.

I'm not sure of the date, but if I look at my home square then the earliest hit is for 8th April 2020

I had a gander first and I've got back to 2011 for my home parkrun square?

(I started parkrun in 2011 so there wouldn't be anything earlier for me...)

I had a look also and could only find 2020 and later. To be honest I think that's a non-starter as the square is too big so has a lot of activities in it I don't want.

You can show your blue dots between chosen dates - if that's meaningless I'll write a proper description.
