Fire Tower (2019) boardgamegeek.com is very enjoyable for a quick (30 mins) "take that" style game. The expansion has the advantage of keeping players who have lost in the game by offering a different method of winning. Zatu have had it in the past but it's Out of Stock at the moment. It has simple rules, easy to teach, quick, difficult to master and once you've played it a few times, you can help novice players by allowing fire defences during setup (house rule). Also good for non gamers, easy concept and because it is a "take that" style game allows people to create alliances to attack stronger, more experienced players.
