Lots going on this morning in here. Love a bowl of cereal at anytime myself. Looks like today’s activities will include taking aged parent to do her food shop (she doesn’t want me to do it for her but isn’t feeling well enough to do it on her own).

Mmm, granola, Greek yoghurt, blueberries and raspberries for breakfast after my run. My lunch will be a fry up. Must now go and get a shower though.

Our breakfast this morning was a bagel Often is porridge though Our Covid fave was crunchy nut cornflakes Only thing we fancied when we were sick, we never normally have it

Porridge has been a warming supper recently after work. Puzzle my wife has been doing for 4 weeks is now finished. Perhaps it took so long because it was 3000 pieces.
