Can't believe the doctors.
Call into A&E.
Caused by receptionist taking down notes incorrectly.
Can say I am thinking of complaining.

Do know the NHS is on its knees but if notes aren't taken correctly then diagnosis isn't going to happen correctly.
Do feel very sorry for them all, especially on the front line but it's got to be done properly.

I appreciate the input Doc but hope we don't need to fill their waiting room with something non urgent.
