Very warm it is now. Got a bit sweaty and ended up hardly able to see where I was going because my specs got all fogged up.

Unbelievable that I did 6.97 miles. If I'd known I would have run up and down the road until it ticked over to 7.00!

Quite a few folk have found their skipping rope. I found mine and I found out how bloody hard it is.
Quickly getting breathless so I am going to build up slowly.
