Great Park running peeps and some fab times.

Cracking bike ride done. 45 miles in all and the first tan lines of the year have appeared. Headwind all the way home but the best bacon butties at the Viking Ship Cafe, Ramsgate.

Someone else was wanting a snack too- made us smile

We're off to do the 10K route we have as a race in 2 weeks. It's a bit hilly. Weather looks nice. Will be easy paced.
