Managed another sub 30 parkrun in Perfect weather conditions today so happy with that. Bonus cuddle from Alfie and Brodie as they were walking along the prom .

Then a sharp exit before heading into town for a haircut, a late tapas lunch and a gin tasting later. Don’t be surprised if no run from me tomorrow! 🍸
