Good luck to the parkrunners and any racers this weekend. 9 miles for me this morning, had hoped for more but just not quite feeling it, will attempt same route next week and hopefully complete the second climb.

MM id be livid with that consultation but a GP is not a specialist. It may be worth finding someone to talk to who can work with you to identify what makes things better, what makes it worse, and what creates damage, because it can be easy to override or misinterpret what our fallible but resilient bodies are telling us, and assume what works for others should work for us. Bint has been a master at working on strength and patience and finding a way to keep doing what she loves, and a pleasure of this year so far has been seeing her storm up the 700 league.

I wanted to beat my course PB of 24.10. I finished in......24.10. 🤣🤣🤣 We're off to Lanzaroti tomorrow for a few days. Ready for a break.
