Colourful fetchies! heart

I aimed for a course pb at Monsal Trail today. My 10th time there, previous best was 25.28. The course is all on Trail, it's downhill for the out and uphill for the back. My aim was 7.50, 8.00, 8.10 for the miles splits to hopefully be around 25 mins. Ended up with 7.50, 8.00, 8.20 and finished in 25.15. Job done. ✔️

Well done Som and great to see a 700 meetup. :)

I volunteered on the funnel at parkrun today: told 1 bloke off for spitting, 3 nearly up-chucked, 1 actually up-chucked - fortunately on the other side - and I had to chase a boy who'd gone through the finish twice.
