LipGloss She sensibly did 7 miles. We were doing an out & back 5 twice so if I was struggling I could easily stop rather than be stranded in middle of run. Plus if anyone just wanted 5 could run too. So joined us for one, did another mile with us then headed back for another mile.

Middle Son completed the Seville marathon in 2hrs 55mins 23secs. This apparently was a pb by 56 seconds. Furthermore, he did it without vomiting or hallucinating, both of which happened last time he ran the same marathon. ... I do wonder why we do these things... |

Speedy running for son of Columba 3 walks done today, just over 7 miles but although garmin has logged the walks it has not logged the steps so my 10,000 day step streak will be over as I am not walking anymore |

Well done middle son, that's an awesome effort! MM - iwe all know you've done 10,000 steps today. Don't let technology dictate what did and didn't happen! |

Catching up Guildford parkrun is the only one I e ever done which is all uphill. Impressive. Didn't enjoy it any of the times I've done it Woking I've done once, it's quite twisty turny and has some little bridges and stuff. Not sure I'd bother again If you can get to Debbie's then that's gorgeous even in winter, muddy and hilly but so pretty Alternatively Rushmoor is near Guildford and is quite nice. Bit of playing field, bit of canal, 2 loops, nice straight finish |
