If I make 100 by year end might I get a teeny bit of left over bunting? I’m stuck on 60-odd, mainly because tennis.

We love bunting here, so I'm sure we can be persuaded. And 700 is neither necessary nor sufficient.

I seem to have reached my walking target of 500 a week ago and not got far to go for my bike one. I'll try and remember and take a bin pic for that as I won't get anywhere near the running target, I'm just hoping I'll get over 400 at this rate.

I have done a small walk today and planning a slightly longer one. Intending to do parkrun tomorrow although not sure yet quite where.

Lovely bike ride with my 2 mates this morning. The heavens opened, we were soaked but laughed lots. Had a nice cake stop as it was C's birthday and then finished the ride splashing through puddles

Went to the doctors - was politely asked to come back next Friday when it is actually my appointment 🙃

I ran a slow 5.5k which in the cold. I'm taking it easy post-covid and will try swim club tomorrow (but probably cut the set a bit short).
