I'll try and remember and take a pic for that as I won't get anywhere near the running target, I'm just hoping I'll get over 400 at this rate.

Had a nice cake stop as it was C's birthday and then finished the ride splashing through puddles Went to the doctors - was politely asked to come back next Friday when it is actually my appointment 🙃
