Run done. I'm finding it hard to remember how I used to do these runs on a regular basis (12 miles today). It wasn't unenjoyable though, and the view from the top of Greenwich Park was pretty fabulous in the frosty sunshine.

I have decided that London will be my last marathon. I just don't want to do this much training anymore - and I'm not even half way through it yet. So London will be my last, possibly my slowest, and the one where I aim to smile the most 😊

Run done, but maybe more walking than running. Mix of ice, frozen ground or bog where it had thawed. but bright sun.
Down to only 1 mile behind the line now.

Freezing cold at the beach this morning especially on the top prom. All others was called off so a great number there and glad to have so many back for a cuppa.

I had a lovely meet up with my friends this morning then the day ran away with with. I went to the retail park to try and get some shoes and a top for a Burns Night meal I'm going to tomorrow; I got home 3 hours later with absolutely nothing.
I ended up running in the dark again, but it's so lovely out in the cold, with the frost sparkling under the stars, that I really quite enjoyed myself.
Chicken Pad Thai for tea was delicious afterwards.

Still cold here; too much semi-thawed and refrozen snow on the pavements to contemplate running.

Ooh yes, Burns night. Wonder if I can find a haggis from somewhere.
