No exercise this week managed to tweak groin Sunday on bike. I think it was after marshalling for 2 hours at X-Country getting cold then jumping on bike to get home 🤔 very painful Monday easing off now trying to be sensible some easy stretches this afternoon.

Nice one on the swim LD

Not sure if we got anywhere today with conservatory but seemed to have played a blunder as I found some photos of the installation which showed what the problem is. Don't think they were too happy with that - now let's see what they come back with

Ouch to groin injury
I’ve just run a fair bit in a few chunks and it was enjoyable. Due to be Boosted tonight and slightly anxious it will affect me but it might not

Just seen a little girl with her mum on my way home from work. Splashing in all the puddles and her wellies had lights on as well! Made me laugh and cheered up a miserable day!

I'm in the sports hall at Waitrose HQ in Bracknell waiting for my booster. Getting flu as well. I might try a turbo ride after I get back and before any symptoms kick in.
