Should have popped in past for a cuppa Merry Lip Gloss. Would have been a nice break from gardening. Or a second pair of hands…. :)

Whoops CD, glad he was ok.

Did my first run for nearly 2 weeks this morning. 11a.m. saw me running along the prom. Fortunately, there was a nice headwind to keep me cool and quite a bit of shade going back along the cliff top before heading down to the beach. The sea's finally starting to warm up now. :)

What kind of a dog is an Albie? Looks a bit Teddish


Wow! He does look like Ted. Albie’s mum was a border collie. His father is… ahem… not recorded, but he behaves quite like a terrier - or, on this occasion, like a Labrador 😂

The added joy is that I’m due to be flying to Prague today for a couple of days to see my OH for the first time since the start of May. Since Albie is ok and staying at the vet till I get back on Thursday morning I decided to carry on… except I’m currently stuck at Manchester Airport since the air-con on the original plane wasn’t working (not ideal today of all days!) We are told a replacement is on its way from Turkey and, with a bit of luck, we may be on our way at 22.15 - just the 4 1/4 hours late.

Thanks for best wishes for Albie folks. Clearly not how I would have chosen to spend my money but it’s only money and worth it for him to be ok.

Interesting! Ted's mum is a Jack Russell, father not recorded but suspect Collie. He does try to herd things and chews everything.
