Dog walking now then maybe some paddleboarding before packing caravan up to go away. My eldest is 35 today so off for a meal tonight with them (should be fun with FODMAP)

Too clammy here anyway - hot but cloudy, yuck. Have started packing for our hols. Running and swimming kit has gone in; will have to decide which civvy clothes can be squeezed around that
