First steps on the BVW challenge by joining OH on her latest post op rehab walk.

I'm still struggling with calf problem but it is getting better. Managed a slow parkrun yesterday.

First run since November today - 2.5 miles. Hoping to use the virtual challenge to finally shrug off the CBAs. Will see how it goes!! And if I can build up to keeping abreast of the dragon, then that will get me my 700 miles, which is of course my main target, even if it is neither necessary nor sufficient

I remember that, LipGloss, - our nearly-meeting. Because of our finishing times we realised we must have been running close together; and we were equally annoyed by the man who was "dancing" running, from side to side, arms stretched out. Difficult to get past.
No parkrun this weekend. Was treated to a Mother's Day lunch yesterday (a day early) and went for a little run this afternoon.
