Babies can be very keen on staying 'in' sometimes can't they I've entered - it's not that expensive (£28) and it gives me the option. Ideally the Granny duties could wait until I've run Chester |

Lovely afternoon X2 bikes washed degreased and re-done ready for when I can venture out. Will have to think about a new front tyre soon for the road bike.

Just back from a bike ride and the country lanes were so busy today, lost count of the times I had to pull in. Think the locals are all avoiding town and the docks still Tis a glorious day today and was a tad over dressed - it feels gold to be able to say that |

Evening troops! No running today, I also have a non Covid lurgy, foot feels iffy after wandering around in wellies all day, and I've mostly been staying around to project manage the building/demolition dramas (see blog). Will try to get out tomorrow afternoon, after kitchen designer #3 has been to have a look, and once I know what builders plan to do. Tired, lurgified and stressed, but sunshine and daffodils make it all bearable! (as do wine and olives!) |

Mr F has to be at Buckland Hospital for a sleep clinic appointment by 9am next week, not looking forward to having to leave even earlier in case of traffic problems. Must say it’s a little unfair to have the sleep clinic starting that early in the morning 😅 |

At certain times it seems to be. Will have the school traffic at that time too. TAP seems to be doing a good job of keeping the A20 running ok

Not just unfair but ironic. Seem to be a lot of lurgies around. Often are, in early spring. 3.18 miles done in running club's "gentle" (i.e., old, slow or coming back from injury) group. |

Evening peeps, sorry been manically busy. Hope all are well. Finally got the 'Rona yesterday. Only tested today cos was going for lunch with a friend due to go overseas on Thursday with his family to visit his elderly in-laws. Throat a bit scratchy yesterday and slight cough, so I thought I'd check just in case and boom I'm a statistic No other symptoms and feel fine. DS2 also tested today and he's +ve too, so one of us infected the other. He's competely asymptomatic and miffed that his social life is now curbed. Anyway, hopefully clear in a few days and certainly in time to head off on holiday in 2 weeks time, so in some ways timing is pretty good. |
