Hello.
Have just done my first boot-less walk since breaking my ankle 6 weeks ago. About three quarters of a mile in the sunshine to the pub and back, very slowly. Wore my walking boots which supported my ankle nicely. :)

Excellent news, ITG.
PH - poor D1, it sounds excruciating. Has she not got the use of her arms at all, and does this mean someone else has to feed and dress her? And can she get comfortable enough to sleep?
Congratulations to Daisly on 10,000 miles run. That suggests at least 13 bins...
GWS to Jen's knees; both of them.

Dio - possibly the explanation of Fleecy's Zumba / reading week is that she has no teaching to do as the students are all away reading, so this leaves her free for a Zumba class.

One of my two-birds-with-one-stone runs. The Foodbank manager was suffering from a pulled or wrenched muscle in her neck/shoulder area. I asked if a heat pack would help. She said yes, she'd tried one, but it wasn't a very good shape for putting on a shoulder. As I have a heatpack which is specifically designed for shoulders/necks, I said I would drop it round to her later in the day. She only lives about a mile from me, so I ran it there. And ran back unencumbered.
